Problem clients

Girls always run into those special men who like to degrade or sexually abuse them!

I honestly think they need allot of therapy and or medication to stabilize their chemical imbalances?

Its not always possible for a provider to simply walk away or end the session and have the client leave?

if she has his info do you think if what he did was bad enough such as rape etc she should notify LE or simply blacklist him to warn other providers?

i have 0 compassion for men who treat women poorly
weather provider or not
i do not think any man should sexually assult ,hit or conduct any type of verbal abuse to a woman

If either person does anything outside the bounds of the session -- i.e., rape, beat, mutilate, blackmail -- it wouldn't be unreasonable for the victim to warn the community and, if the situation is severe enough, notify the authorities, though the victim might also want to get the advice of legal counsel beforehand. Some people might advise backchanneling such information through the community, but again, I think that would depend on the individuals involved, as well as the severity and the frequency of the situation.

Behavior like should not be tolerated by any provider in my opinion. There are ways of handling situations like this without getting LE involved.

Sorry, Cities Boy, but that's exactly the sort of thing any jerk preying on providers is looking for -- keeping LE out of it. LE is there for a reason -- to protect and to serve -- everyone. Yes, the situation will get very complicated and uncomfortable, but if it means keeping a person out of the hospital and out of the grave, not just in that immediate situation but in future ones as well, calling in LE needs to be done.

The problem is this jerk typically only sees 1 girl from a place then goes to the next its hard to find him.. but their where a few place she tried almost every girl because they where working indy and alone

And, you're right, I don't understand. A guy's willing to put a relationship at risk for some simple pleasures, but when a person's life is at risk over those same simple pleasures and it's possibly somebody that guy's shared those pleasures with, he's going to bury his head in the sand?

It's the sort of emotional logic that makes me glad I don't get into relationships. It really makes things a hell of a lot simpler and less complicated.

America is to easy on rapist.Outside the us many places are an eye for an eye or worse. If you rape someone you get death penalty they do not want people like that out in society.

They do it once they will do it again.They do not allow any 2nd chances or allow them to strike again.

Hobbiest that is a little to far for a that specific punishment that doesn't fit that crime. I would give him 2 choices.

(1)Life behind bars and have bubba as a cell mate.
(2)castration(surgically removed)with and amputation of both arms.

I agree with wanderer that LE should be involved. Sure LE can be assholes sometimes but when it comes to where there is a life at stake or abuse(rape or domestic violence), then LE needs to step in. I'm not taking sides as I had more than my share of being involved with LE but when common sense comes into play, use it.

But, Apache, there are some countries that execute men for rape, mainly in the Middle East and the Far East. Nuts, China used to cut the hands off thieves and, if I remember right, pickpockets. I don't know if that particular punishment is still exercised though.

Personally, I come from more of a three-strikes philosophy. First offense, 5-10 years plus therapy. Second offense, 10-15 years, therapy, and chemical castration. Third offense, you never see the light of day again. I really don't like the idea of the death penalty but if someone is a serial rapist, he deserves the needle. If a person doesn't value human life, he has no value -- exclamation mark, end of conversation for him.

I've heard of that and it's a good punishment as a thief uses his hands for stealing just like a rapists uses his penis for rape with his hands. Let the punishment fit the crime.

Only if it involves death of the victim. I believe in the Death Penalty and I don't believe in a waiting period if a Death sentence is handed down and they should be executed after the appeals process or if there isn't any within 72 hours. Maybe it'll make some murderers think twice. As a person doesn't value human life, then it shouldn't have any value at all either.

In no way shape or form do I believe in 2nd chances for a person who commits rape or child molesters.

I personally know people who go to other countries and pay to have sex w minors (puting it lightly) i lost all respect for these people. i cant believe i even used to call them a friend. But its not done in americas so nothing i can do of it its just sad

im from one of those country where yes its tech illegal to kill someone for committing rape but if the family member find the person they kill them and its typicallys left alone police look the other way they feel its settled


and its easy to find the person not really if the person is a walk in client and no info was given and no cameras id say the girl is pretty much left at a dead end of who assaulted her

sure their are sketch-artists but idk how often are used anymore

Security cameras are a must in this business for instances just like this. One simple camera in the reception/entry area is all it takes.
