I also declined a time or 2 myself. I was hoping to see a cute asian girl I arrived told id have to schedule with her i could see someone else. Sometimes that fishy smell is bacterial vaginosis.
the cure for that isn't soap n water.
No your finger wont fall off.
Its purely a bacterial infection that has a multitude of causes : saliva, soap, douches etc. Thousands of frustrated adies suffer from it everywhere.

The Smell stay on my finger for a long time even after I wash it with soap and water. Finally I use coffee ground it did the trick...
