LE is raising hell with emp's they can't stop the drugs but can get the massage parlors to close.
instead of closing them maybe tax them

Thanks for the article. Anyway, you heard it hear first. You gotta luv this line from the article: "the activities that police suspected went on behind closed doors needed to be investigated, Heckler said.
