Why so much outcall in Vegas?

How come most of the massage ad on CL and Backpage are for outcall only in Vegas?

This seems higher that other places.

I like going to a place since I can leave when I want to.

TOURISTS. Most people in Vegas aren't from Vegas, so they all usually have hotels. Tourists may not find the "incall" location and the business is lost, or do not want to pay for a taxi etc... If they come to you like room service most Vegas tourists who want it go for it.
