Brothers I have been reading reviews of MPs on another web site,NR to be exact, I keep seeing reviews that places like QV, Magic Touch Spa and Sunbright are open past 10 PM and into the early morning hours. Has the ordnance been lifted or is this guy full of crap

I've wondered the same thing - can't point to any specific reviews, but it has seemed like people are visiting some places outside of the published hours.

What is "NR"? I've not seen that site for MPs. Only this one and Rubmaps.

I'll just say some will allow for arrangements. I've had more then one happy ending to a Vegas trip with a pre-flight visit at 6am, since the order passed.
