On a screening what do you look at. I have never been ask to fill out a form. Ive been doing this on and off for more years than i care to admit. If you ask for a lot of personal info a married guy will not want to answer that if it could get back to home. So what would you look for on a form that he would feel comfortable answering. I see that being a major reason to not want to fill one out.

It could be a sort of UTR club, with membership based on your recommendations and the recommendations of those you trust, such as clients and other providers. Verification services such as RS2K might be viable options, although I imagine their services might cost you some money, too. Just a couple ideas.

im already a member of a few screening services. I dont even trust those. I only trust myself and to gain trust of other takes me while. im still looking at locations every now and then have a few girls in mind to work for me... i suppose only time will tell

This is true, too, Cities Boy. It's just a matter of trying to find that balance, of finding that comfortable risk-to-reward ratio.

Being your own boss is a great feeling. There is alot of responsibility. And when you get employes there problems become your problems. But with that said when your young without a lot of bills and payments that seems to be the time to jump in. But use both feet you cant do it partialy it wont work. But when you see the outcome of your work it will be worth it many times over.

Remember it all comes down on YOU not the employees if you get popped .
Doesnt matter how many contracts you have between the employees it wont save an owner or the location.
It took my gf 6 busts to realize this

There are smart ways around things if you know what you are doing.
