Any one have any suggestions on Christmas gifts I could get for my favorite MP. I'am not even sure if Koreans celebrate Christmas. I would appreciate any ideas or what some of you have done in the past.

You could give fruit or go to a Korean market and buy candy, flowers. All girls love flowers.

Yes, Koreans do celebrate Christmas. As someone stated above, they like fruit. A case of the Korean Pears is always good, and they're not overly expensive. If you want to spend more, I might suggest you try to find what kind of makeup she uses, and get her some. I was bought a small gift pack of Este Lauder for my favorite, total cost was about $60. and she showed me some great appreciation.

Koreans dont celebrate Chrstmas, unless they are Christians, if they tell you they do they are just saying that to get soemthing out of you, I always bring my best girls some type of presents. Sometimes they give me a Christmas present. 99.9% do not care about giving, only getting.

While it's true that Christmas is a christian holiday, over 30 percent of the population of the ROK practices Christianity. That's a pretty sizeable number.

I have many Korean friedns for over 45 years, all th eones i met before were Christian, very nice people. I last few years I have spend time with many Koreans at Christmas time, They arent Christians, been in USA 12 years or less and do not practice Christmas or do not know the meaning of Christmas, My poll i took the last 4 years was of massage girls that claim to be Korean working in an house or an AMP. out of about 100 i met and become to know, none were Christians but few that learned American ways do have a dinner. Very few other other traits unless they are married to a Christian, Out of the ROK populations, maybe these girls arent counted. Christian churches over the years help bring many Koreans to the USA.

None were Christian, or perhaps they just don't like to tell people what religion, if any, they practice. In todays world, it could be dangerous to tell someone you're a Christian. I lived in Korea for 7 years, and while I didn't go around asking people their religious preference, you could see by going to their homes, that they were Christians, by pictures they may have had hanging, or a cross in the home. My wifes entire family practice Christianity. They were'nt raised with it, but I guess when the parents died, or the girls married, they switched.
