Haven't been there, but there are at least 3 in Bloomington that are reviewed on this site that have received good reviews. Check out the Bloomington listings and read the reviews. Also, have read a review of King Massage in Peoria that indicates it's an EMP. Located 7815 N Knoxville Ave, Suite 15, in Peoria -- 309-693-9888. Haven't been there either but it got some reviews on the another site that indicates it's at least good for a HE.
