30 min v 60 min

Does any one try for the 30 min session and get anywhere? I think most of us know what we are REALLY after, why waste the extra time on a mediocre massage?

It depends on if you are a regular or not. at some places that know ur style and also ur schedule the 30 is perfect. i have 2 places that i only do the 30 i got a decent massage more like a sports massage on the back and shoulders and then right to business...if u are a hobbyist or exploring new places the 60 is a must
