the location is in an end storefront in a plaza that has little traffic, the parlor is spotless and quiet. I have been there over 10 times. I go there when after a stressful week, I seek comfort, peace and no gamesmanship.

I often am fairly liberal with my ratings of a place. That is the case here. It is new, nice, with a friendly attendant and the session ended happily. However, I doubt that I will repeat the visit. YMMV.
