When Grady Judd (County Sheriff) and the State's Attorney decide they have enough goods, they issue warrants and supoenas to round up everyone and proceed from there. I have read about similar cases going for over a year, not solely in Polk County. LE works that way. Sometimes they target street level participants, other times they might have enough to go for an upper echelon mobster... depends on the a lot of parameters and politics. In no way is it isolated to the AMP hobby.

Actually the way it is set up is that an independent can not win the presidency. the electoral colleges are composed of appointed republicans and democrats. They have free choice to elect who they choose regardless of the popular vote.

We are screwed!
