1. Some of you wrote that you "made an appointment" for example to see Mimi. Is it OK to telephone the establishment to make an appointment, and if so, how far in advance? (I would be driving quite a distance.)

I made the appt about an hour before I got there. I don't know if there was a table shower when they opened but they do have one now. I went there about 2pm and they were not busy at the time.
