A mixed review, here. This place is nicely situated in the center of town, distant from where most parlors congregate. It blends with neighboring businesses and doesn't have the usually obvious exterior appearance. You can park and enter discreetly, always a plus. On the down-side, this is a one-person operation so it's hit-or-miss with scheduling, and walk-ins are usually a no-go. There's a neighboring salon which can be intrusively noisy, to the point of distracting. Service is consistently personable but with a very limited menu. Worth a visit for basic fare or if you prefer to avoid the limelight, but schedule ahead and don't expect anything exotic.
