Little Rainbow Spa is a salon/massage/facial place I guess since it has the signs outside. Its on a quiet street near residential area in Arcadia. I see them open till like 10pm but doesn't seem busy. Maybe someone in for a haircut? Anyone been here? I'm thinking about dropping by when I get a chance to see what sup with this place since they have a rear parking lot.

Atlantic Spa is a new place in East LA. They close at 9pm so that is like a sign that may show there are no HE's. Anyone been here?
