The defendant is charged with soliciting another individual to engage in an act of prostitution.

To prove this crime, the prosecution must prove that:

- The defendant requested or otherwise solicited that another person engage in an act of prostitution;


- The defendant intended to engage in an act of prostitution with the other person;

AND

- The other person received the communication containing the request.

Yes Kal, duh.

Being new to the hobby, I'm just doing due diligence in case a John happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. That is, you have your pants down in the middle of a sting op.
Wondering what LE are looking for to charge a John (for soliciting).
