Caught it out of the corner of my eye as I was driving on east on Fair Oaks - just west of Sunrise.

Used to be "Waterfalls" I think - never went there - always seemed to be closed fairly early at night - even with the sports bar nearby - 2 sports bars actually.

Anyway - there is a banner up over the Waterfalls sign - I think it said California Dreams Massage and Spa - but I was going by quick. Might be California Dreamin'.

Will keep an eye out.
