I read many reviews , where a guy will over tip on the first visit, thinking the girl will happily give him more on the next visit. Why should she? She has already made more without having to give it up. I think it is smarter, to give them an average tip on the first visit. But be nice to them, try to cultivate a friendship. This has worked for me. If they like you, they are more likely to expand their menu for you. Then I reward them with a more generous tip. If you overpay on visit one, you end up overpay on every visit.

I know that I have been guilty of overtipping in some instances. I have since read a few comments and also the forums to make sure that I'm not "spoiling" the provider with a first impression.
Maybe what we, as hobbyist should do is form a union or some kind of organization that has standards and guidelines. We could meet once a month at a remote location, even have a secret handshake. We can all sign a pledge in blood and maybe...maybe we can sacrafice a provider, one that doesn't meet the Standards of AMP Practices!!!

How about a Beginners School for Amp Hobbyist. Teach the basic lessons learned from trial and error over the years. Standardize tipping, most effective groping techniques.

I tip the standard every time. I don't like surprises, so i also don't give them. My budget only allows a certain amount, so I give what I want for what I want when I want. I'd rather overspend on my kids at Christmas time! I'm about 6 years into this hobby, so fortunately I don't have to error anymore.

Many providers go to 'school' or get OJT so why shouldn't we. Makes for happier clients and happier providers right! Great advice as always KalAMP.

Always remember....tipping is an incentive based transaction. I will tip great if the service the first time is superb. If I return and the service is markedly different, then the tip will be different as well. I do not believe in laying the tip out in advance...the incentive has been removed. Most of these girls are angling to separate you from your cash, therefore it is my job to remove the girl from her inhibitions.

I admittedly have not been engaged in this hobby as long as Kal - in fact I did not have my first massaqe at an AMP until early 2010... but since that time I probably average at least one a week - and usually its 2 - sometimes 3 even. I was very intimidated at first - susceptible to their pitches... but the more I hang around , the more I agree with Ace. I look back at the girls I know who have upsold me, or made comments about the tips, or worst of all - who ask for tips beforehand... and I simply do not go there anymore. Its supply vs. demand. Even some who have been know to do a BBBJ - or start BBBJ and go to covered for the burst - as much as I love those, I do not like upselling. So as I look back on where Ive gone the last year - its not to those places, and it IS to places I consider reliable, friendly, even routine-like.

Now - that being said - I am an above average tipper - but its definately performance related. I saw someone new last week, who is at at a MP that has been around a long time - and is well reviewed, but she is new.... I was there last week - the overall results, when reported "officially" would be , by some, considered a rub-n-tug. She allows access to the boobs, but nothing below the waist except over the clothes, and a very nice HJ HE. BUT - she does SUCH a nice job of teasing during the massage stage - and does it very well - so much so that I'm extra amped up by the time we get to the flip - I love that and the explosion is double the intensity. Add in the fabulous massage she gives in the process, the fact she doesnt talk during it all, and she goes the full distance on a 90 minute session - I left her 80 bucks tip and felt good doing it.

Counter that with someone who does an average job for an hour - gets me off - but doesnt give up much - I'm fine leaving 40 bucks for a HJ HE....

Then again I have a private provider - who grants full access, DATY, - does the best BBBJCIM you have ever had - and who recently I also enjoyed a 4 hands ( and 4 lips ) experience with - that session was 90 minutes plus - in a beautiful home with a beautiful shower - two girls going at my rod with their mouths while totally naked and my fingers and tongue anywhere I chose to put them - and I exploded inside one of them CIM... and I think penetration will happen on my next visit ( Ive only been 2 times). That evening cost me over 300 - and I enjoyed leaving that too! I dont do that every week - maybe every other month... but you see my points.... its performance based tipping.

I still walk in to any new AMP with the same pre-designed tipping system that was in place when I started all this craziness:
40 for HJ HE
60 for CBJ
80 for BBBJ
100 for FS

I add or subtract from that with things like how much access they allow, how good were they, did they do it willingly, and how happy was I? I dont tip the waitress before dinner - why would I tip the masseuse before my massage? The only time I leave less than 40 is when I dont leave happy.

I am very happy with my rotation - with my usual girls - and while I will always step outside the box and try new things as they come along - I also tend to stay away from the places that are garnishing the high volume. Ive never been to Sky, never saw Anna in Woodland - and haven't been to Kim's in ages...

Obviously - this is just my 2 centavos worth - YMMV no matter where you go... and you gotta live within your means.... but this is where I find myself when it comes to the tipping discussion.

This is the same menu that was in effect 30 years ago. 100 FS, 60 for BJ, all BJ's were BB. The HJ was applied freely by the provider as an enticement to pay for more.

30 yrs ago, i would pay $50 for FS. i always paid for FS, so I don't remember what the rate was for BJ or HJ. It was all BB, so if i wanted DATY, I would make sure I was the first client of the day.
