Nice private parking in the back, away from the busy street. Entrance in the back also. Facility is very clean and peaceful, including the restroom.

I paid for an hour and got a wonderful full one hour message from whom I assume was the mamasan. It was very well done. I did lay face down, nude, but the lady covered me up with a sheet the whole time, even on the flip. There wasn't any special attention paid to any special areas, and unless I missed the signals, was not offered any happy ending. I sat on the table afterwards and just collected thoughts, hoping she would come back for more activity, but nothing happened and I left. But for a legit massage, it was otherwise excellent.

BTW, the prices are now $50 for thirty minutes and $70 for an hour.
