I don't think the city cares or knew about the parlors... its the people who live in Eagle Rock who started to complain. These places need to be a bit smarter about where they set up shop.

Maybe "These" People should know some of this Stuff comes W/the Neighborhood they choose to live in. I mean... I live in Burbank there for I pay HIGHER property taxes!!! People choose to live in certain areas because of the public school!! Eagle Rock is LA County. Same with North Hollywood & Van Nuys! In the past few years the population of Eagle Rock has Changed!! There are a lot of more Filipinos!!!

So what can we do since LE checks this site?
