If you want to find places in LA county that give good foot massages. Go to San Gabriel, there must be more there per square mile than any place in the U.S. Most cost $15.00 per hour with pretty good looking Chinese women. They all seem real friendly and eager to please.

I would seriously doubt U will get any extra actions at foot massage places in San Gabriel because a lot of the women live there!!!! Just like Monterey Park or Alhambra.

There's 1 in the OC but that's all I know. As for the LA area, you need to do your research. I used to know 1 back in December of last year but I heard it's pretty tough there now.
